You are here
We're so excited to meet you in the fall!
Over the summer, we will ask you to complete a variety of tasks related to housing, healthcare, advising, and academics: completing each task by the deadline will help to set you up for the smoothest possible transition to Haverford.
You can find the deadlines for these tasks on the Checklist page and in the Google calendar provided. Please consider adding it to your calendar; Haverford operates on a Google platform, so this is great practice for the academic year as well!
Customs Week
Customs Week for the class of 2023 will begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. Some pre-Customs programs, including International Student Orientation, will have earlier arrival dates. We strongly encourage new students to wait until mid-June to make travel arrangements.
Please Note: Updated information for the Class of 2025 will be available in early June 2021.
Purchasing Travel
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage students to opt for flexible tickets when purchasing travel on airlines, trains, or buses so that you may make changes to the date and time of your trip before departure with no additional fees.
