CAPS is pleased to offer a 4-WEEK GROUP designed to teach students mindfulness skills for stress reduction and leading healthier lives.
The staff at CAPS listens carefully to the concerns students have about their lives, in a safe, supportive and confidential setting.
Students speak about a wide range of topics that upset, frighten, confuse, thrill, sadden, or anger them. Working collaboratively with counselors helps students better understand what factors are contributing to their concerns. Greater insight and awareness helps students regulate their lives and better determine what decisions they want to make.
