The staff at CAPS listens carefully to the concerns students have about their lives, in a safe, supportive and confidential setting.
Students speak about a wide range of topics that upset, frighten, confuse, thrill, sadden, or anger them. Working collaboratively with counselors helps students better understand what factors are contributing to their concerns. Greater insight and awareness helps students regulate their lives and better determine what decisions they want to make.
COVID-19 & CAPS
Counselors will be available during this time through video counseling. Students who are currently seeing a CAPS counselor should expect to be contacted by that counselor. If they have not contacted you please reach out to them.
Students who would like to be seen can continue to submit forms. They can also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that as the situation continues to change we are adjusting some of our procedures around first visits and new appointments.
Please note we are working as efficiently as we can to meet student needs and will be adjusting procedures as is necessary.
