The staff at Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) listens carefully to the concerns students have about their lives, in a safe, supportive and confidential setting.
Students speak about a wide range of topics that upset, frighten, confuse, thrill, sadden, or anger them. Working collaboratively with counselors helps students better understand what factors are contributing to their concerns. How to Prepare for a Zoom Therapy Session
Through Fall 2020 all CAPS sessions will be conducted over the HIPAA compliant version of ZOOM. In order to get the most out of these sessions, here are some ideas on how to prepare for your session in advance.
CAPS is continuing to offer drop-ins via video conference. Students should email firstname.lastname@example.org at 11 or 2 requesting an appointment. On-call services are available via Campus Safety.
