The Dining Center (DC) is a traditional "all you care to eat" facility with a variety of menus to fit today's student preferences.
Typical offerings include "made from scratch" recipes developed by our own chefs: entrees and soups (including vegan and vegetarian options), fresh fruits and vegetables, and a variety of gourmet composed salads. We strive to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Dining Services will remain open for students that could not return home and are approved to stay on campus. The Dining Center is open 7 days a week serving take out only. Brunch is served from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and dinner from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. In accordance with the CDC recommendation of practicing social distancing the Dining Center east and west dining rooms will be closed along with the DC basement, sunken lounge, and all meeting rooms. The COOP and Library Cafe are closed until further notice.
