Our Dining Center offers a wide variety of "made from scratch" items daily using fresh ingredients that are local and organic whenever possible.

Special Dietary Needs
We have a Vegan Bar which offers two entrees, pasta, and beans, and a designated Gluten Free Room where students can get their food without worry.

Salads & Deli
We offer a Salad and Deli Bar with a selection of fresh toppings, as well as homemade composed salads.

Special Dinners
During the course of the school year, we offer special dinners including Thanksgiving Dinner, Holiday Dinner, and Black History Dinner.

Several menu enhancers throughout the school year including Build Your Own Banh Mi Sandwich and Milkshake Mania.

Late Night Snacks
Don't let stress beat you! We offer late night Warm Cookies & Milk and Midnight Breakfast during finals week.
