The Institutional Policy on Civil Rights Protections and Anti-Bias Standards affirms the College’s commitment to cultivating an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and bias. It integrates and upholds the principles of Title VI, Title IX, and other anti-discrimination mandates, establishing a clear protocol for addressing related reports.
Gender Neutral Language Policy
Haverford College is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment to all members of our communities. Consistent with that commitment, the College has adopted a set of practices to reflect gender-neutral terms and pronouns usage.

Campus Climate Survey
Your Campus, Your Voice: Haverford’s Campus Climate Survey is campus-wide survey that was undertaken in Spring 2022. The survey gathered information about both positive and challenging aspects of campus climate, individual’s personal experiences and observations, as well as suggestions for change that might enhance the Haverford College campus climate.
