Returning Student Information
By August 1, enroll and/or waive the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
- Visit: https://rcmdstudentbenefits.com/
- Click either “Enroll Now” or "Waive Your School’s Insurance”
- Upload a copy of your insurance card to your HaverHealth Portal
Haverford College will automatically enroll any eligible students into the school-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) each academic year that does not complete an insurance waiver.
A waiver is offered to students who already have health insurance coverage on their own or through a parent/guardian, as applicable. A copy of this card must be uploaded into your HaverHealth portal.
Haverford College will automatically enroll all international students into United Healthcare Student Resources (SHIP).
Immunization Compliance
- Verify compliance of immunizations on your HaverHealth Portal
- Immunizations must be up to date prior to moving back on to campus
- Regularly check secure messages on HaverHealth Portal for communication regarding compliance measures
Physical Evaluation Form
- Physical Evaluation History Form (Submission is required for students returning from medical leave)
