IT Service Desk Client Portal – Team Dynamix (TDX)
IITS and the Client Services Department are happy to announce our new Client Portal, powered by Team Dynamix (TDX.) This new service portal allows Haverford faculty, staff, and students to create, track, and update IT service requests all in one location. It also provides easy access to our knowledge base and other commonly requested services.
Please take a look at the new portal below. When logging in you will see a slightly different sign in screen, and you will use your FULL Haverford email address as your username and your current Haverford password. Moving forward you will begin to see this sign-in screen on other Haverford applications.
During this process we will also be changing our name from ProDesk, to IT Service Desk and you will start to see sites and documentation reflect that moving forward.
Please be aware that we will not be removing any current methods of requesting support! You can still always call us at 610-896-1480, email us at Prodesk [at] haverford.edu (this will be updated soon as well) or stop by Stokes 204 to request any technology assistance you may need.
