As the Director of Client Services, Ben and the ProDesk team are dedicated to providing the best possible technology support to the Haverford Community. The Client Services department supports the classroom and lab computing environments across campus as well as providing support for all Haverford provided accounts and software. He started at Haverford in March of 2017 and has been continually working with the rest of IITS to upgrade and update technology across campus.
He graduated from Alfred University in 2008 with his MBA, Bachelors in Computer Science and Business, and a minor in Management Information Systems. He worked in Higher Education IT through his college career and worked at West Chester University for 8 years as a technician as well as Helpdesk Manager before coming to Haverford.
Outside of work he enjoys exercising, camping, hiking, and video games.
