    Has the pandemic made you consider your own mental health in a new way? On Thursday, May 21, Fords in mental health professions Karel Chan '04, Donna Silbert '84, and Robert Tyminski '79 shared their practical advice via video for managing through the uncertainty caused by COVID-19.

    Just because we can't be together on our beautiful campus, doesn't mean we can't be together on the mat. On May 2 and May 6, Dana Miller '86, hosted Zoom-based vinyasa yoga classes. She encouraged participants to connect body and mind, connect to their breath, and connect to their fellow like-minded, like-hearted Ford friends at a time when connections are a bit harder to come by and community means everything.
