Innovations Program
Housed in the VCAM epicenter, Haverford Innovations Program partners with Haverford’s academic and extracurricular departments as well as the college’s Centers, exploring the current cultural and technological moment through speakers, workshops, events, and summer immersion.
What do you want to make, build, transform, change, disrupt?
Are you a changemaker, innovator, aspiring entrepreneur, or all three?
If you have an idea but don’t know where to start or how to access resources, the Haverford Innovations Program (HIP) works with students like you to turn inspiration into reality.
Through workshops, mentoring, speakers, and experiential learning, students evaluate concepts, build prototypes, implement ideas and launch ventures, practicing the essential skills and mindset to succeed.
Innovations guides students navigating the uncertainties of building and validating an idea in a low-risk environment. You will be able to test your concepts, receive feedback, learn from challenges, and iterate forward.
Whether you have a fully formed concept or just an inkling of an idea, Innovations provides the tools to make it happen. Unlock your inner innovator and changemaker!
