Xerxes Minocher is a PhD candidate in the Department of Mass Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Their work focuses on the impact of AI systems on communities, through the lenses of science and technology studies, data feminism, information ethics, and Black feminism.


Organized in conjunction with the Hurford Center 2023-24 Faculty Seminar “Technology & Justice: Mediating Communities” led by Sorelle Friedler and Laura McGrane.
