Patty joined Haverford in July 2022 as Associate Librarian and Coordinator of Instruction, Research, and Digital Scholarship Services. In this capacity, Patty is interested in conversations across disciplines related to the pedagogy, planning, and sustainability of digital projects and research, instruction, and outreach endeavors. Prior to Haverford, Patty worked as Assistant Director and then Director of the historic Fisher Fine Arts Library at the University of Pennsylvania, and before that was Research & Instruction Librarian and Kress Fellow at Yale University's Haas Family Arts Library. She holds a Master’s in Art History from the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute and a Master’s in Library Science from the University of Kentucky.
