After a national search, Erin R. Johansen was appointed as a major gifts officer at Haverford effective January 15. She reports to William Roth, Director of Major Gifts.
Prior to Haverford, Erin was Assistant Director of Development at Moore College of Art and Design for close to two years, coordinating all aspects of annual giving, developing donor strategies and grant proposals, organizing special events, and providing stewardship for endowed scholarships and prizes.
Prior to Moore, Erin was an accounting associate at the Pennsylvania Ballet. She received her undergraduate degree in art history, with a minor in management, from Kent State University in 2000, and she is a candidate for a master's degree in arts administration from Drexel University.
