Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2729 We will seek to understand why Roman eating was, and still is, important for our understanding an ancient culture and humanity's relationship with its food. Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of Roman literature in English translation as well as the use of primary and secondary sources to craft an academic argument.
