Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2893 This course will focus on the basic features of asset market equilibria and the nature of interactions between private sector agents, the banking system, and the central bank. The course will begin with a description of how asset prices are determined in stock and bond markets, and then move on to a study of more sophisticated financial assets such as forwards, futures, and options.
