Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2669 This course will provide an introduction to the rapidly expanding discipline of immunology. Students will learn about the molecular and cellular basis of the immune response through the study of the genetics and biochemistry of antigen receptors, the biochemistry of immune cell activation, the cell physiology of the immune system, immune memory, immune tolerance induction and immune-mediated cell death.; Prerequisite(s): BIOL H200A and B with a grade of 2.0 or above, or instructor consent; Crosslisted: BIOL and HLTH Natural Science (NA) |
