Amolina, a sophomore from Massachusetts, is thrilled about being a co-manager of the CFG this year and looks forward to being a part of both remote, and in person, programs through the gallery. She is deciding between a philosophy and sociology major this year and in her free time loves to read and spend time with her suitemates. On campus, Amolina is a coxswain on the club crew team, a board member of Spotlight Theatre, and a CCF for a customs hall this year. She is always looking for a new book or podcast recommendation and is excited to see new faces in the gallery and on zoom!
Sofia is so excited for her first year as a co-manager of the CFG this year. She is a junior from New York majoring in philosophy and intending to declare a minor in religion. When she’s not studying in her room or socially distanced outside, Sofia enjoys reading, sculpting, and watching movies. Sofia also is one of the Departmental Representatives for Philosophy, a Gest Ambassador, and watches movies with the Bi-Co film society. Despite the challenges this particular year holds, she is so excited to be back in the gallery space and for all the awesome virtual programming to come.
Fiona is a junior Anthropology major with a Health Studies and Psychology double minor from Cinnaminson, New Jersey. She is very excited to be back on campus and still be a part of the gallery’s upcoming shows during these crazy times. If she isn't in the library at 2 a.m. procrastinating her work, Fiona can be found jumping/hurdling for the Women’s Track and Field team, facetiming her mom, or watching Breaking Bad for the 6th time. Come stop by the gallery this semester, see some art and say hi!
Athena (she/her) is currently a second year at Haverford College, where she hopes to potentially double major in a wombo combo of either Linguistics/International Relations/English/Anthropology or anything else that doesn't require mathematics. Currently based in Bangkok, Thailand, she hopes to be back for the spring semester so that she can hear people pronouncing aluminium incorrectly, feel something colder than air-conditioning, physically see all her favourite people, and, of course, to work in the Cantor-Fitzgerald Gallery with all her brilliant co-workers for another year.
Matt is a Junior from Sandwich, Massachusetts. He is currently a declared Chemistry major and Cities minor, but may be switching the two in the near future. He is excited for the opportunity to work in the gallery for a second year now, and hopes that the featured art will still be enjoyed despite the pandemic restrictions. Outside of the gallery and the classroom, Matt is involved in Mock Trial.
Becca, a junior from Malvern, PA , is majoring in History with a minor in Visual Studies and a concentration in Gender and Sexuality Studies. She’s very excited to be back on campus and working in the gallery again this year! When she’s not working in the gallery, she is usually playing soccer on the club team, reading, biking, running, working at the campus bookstore, listening to music, and hanging out with her friends and family.
Maggie is a junior from New York City, majoring in Art History and minoring in Environmental Studies. She is thrilled to be working at the gallery again this year! This summer, she interned at a local art gallery, so she is ready to dive back into the CFG. Maggie can be found working with Spotlight Theatre Company on a production, watching movies with her friends, or eating (too many) ice cream sandwiches from the DC.
