During the spring of 2024, students in the English course New Media Performance Project experimented with the limits of generative artificial intelligence, imagining how large language models and text-to-image transformers might be used as creative tools for devising theater work. The result is "Tricky and Ora are Lost in the Labyrinth," a new work created by human and machine that explores themes of memory and misinformation mediated by a digital dreamscape.
