Entering Time Worked
Training and documentation for hourly employees and student workers who do not use physical time clocks.
All hourly staff and student workers must submit entered time every pay period in order to be paid.

- Hourly staff (except for Dining Services, Security, and Facilities) - Workday Time Calendar (pdf)
- Dining Services, Security, and Facilities staff - Time worked will be automatically imported into Workday from external time clocks. Employees in these departments do not need to enter time.
