Nathan Diehl currently serves as the Dean of Residential and Community Life & Associate Dean of the College at Haverford. In his role, he provides leadership and management within all aspects of residential operations and programming, community standards, student conduct, and the Customs orientation program, as well as serving as an advising dean. Nathan has worked at Haverford College since 2014. Prior to working in higher education, Nathan worked for a non-profit college access program for first generation, low-socioeconomic high school students in the greater Philadelphia area.
He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and earned his Master’s degree in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs from West Chester University. When not at work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife (Janelle) and their three-year-old son (Carter).
