Madison studied Psychology and Spanish while at Haverford and was involved in various student organizations such as the Black Student League, the Mixed Identity Alliance, and Student Council. She was also a member of the varsity women’s basketball team and held two campus jobs. Madison is interested in becoming a licensed clinical social worker, and her placement at the Project Home Stephen Klein Wellness Center will aid her on her career path. Her role in this organization will involve being a community health worker & liaison, participating in the North Philadelphia Wellness Coalition, and developing relationships within the psychosocial rehab occupational therapy project. Madison’s Haverford House project deals with connecting Haverford students to Philadelphia through a structured course that involves learning about the city through both in classroom lecture and out of classroom experiences.
