Lori Ginzberg, visiting professor of History, is Professor Emerita of History and Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies at Penn State. A graduate of Oberlin College, she received her Phd from Yale and is the author of several books. These include "Untidy Origins: A Story of Woman's Rights in Antebellum New York" (UNC Pressx, 2005) and "Elizabeth Cady Stanton: An American Life" (Farrar, Straus, Giroux, 2009). She is currently finishing her next book, "Tangled Journeys: One Family's Story and the Making of American History."
