Katrina will be primarily remote during the Fall 2020 semester. First years are encouraged to schedule individual meetings with Katrina (via Zoom) by using the Make an Appointment link. Zoom appointments will be offered at various times between 8:30am-4pm EDT, Monday through Friday; please email Katrina at email@example.com if you are unable to schedule through the calendar.
Katrina Glanzer is the Dean of First Year and Pre-Major Advising. She is also a 2002 graduate of Haverford, where she majored in Religion. Katrina returned to Haverford in summer 2017 after 15 years at the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as an advisor and helped to develop an academic case management team in the College of Arts and Sciences. Katrina is deeply invested in supporting first year students in their personal and academic transition to Haverford's community, and to cultivating equity in higher education. With the Provost, she also develops and coordinates Haverford's pre-major advising program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and outdoors, reading, cooking, and sharing meals with friends.
