While at Haverford, Lynnie majored in English with a minor in Statistics. Among her extracurriculars, she participated in a lot of work around the Honor Code, working as a first-year Honor Code Orienteer for three years and spending her senior year co-chairing Honor Council. She hopes to take the lessons and questions that were raised at Haverford about conflict resolution, restorative justice, and our legal system into both her placement and her project. Lynnie will be spending the year working as a paralegal in the Aging and Disability unit of Community Legal Services, where she will be assisting clients in obtaining and maintaining their public benefits. She hopes to use her project to help students at Haverford who, like her, are interested in conflict resolution and reform of the legal system to connect with organizations and movements in Philadelphia.
