Spring 2022 Move-In Process
After careful deliberation and consultation, the College will resume use of double bedrooms in the residence halls for the 2021-2022 academic year. The College will continue to monitor COVID-19 trends.
There will not be a staggered move in for the spring semester. The halls will open to students on January 16th and January 17th. Please note, however, that all students must still be tested upon arrival. Health Services will continue to be in communication with students about necessary testing and any potential quarantines.

Non-First Year students can choose to move off-campus at any time, but should first consult the Controller’s Office regarding room & board refunds. For the purposes of informing Residential Life of this change, students should fill out this form if they wish to move-off campus and become a commuter student. Please note that students are not considered in commuter status until the date their key is returned to the Office of Residential Life.
Residence halls will remain open through this period.
Social Distancing Guidelines
Students should continue to follow CDC recommendations for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals while in the residence halls.
Students Residing Abroad
Students who are currently on and who are planning to study abroad should continue monitoring CDC guidelines for international travel and return. Students returning from study abroad will be advised by Health Services surrounding proper protocols for returning to campus.
Dorm & Building Access
Students will have 24/7 access to their residence hall with use of their OneCard and reduced-hour access to all other residence halls with use of their OneCard.
Students will be responsible for cleaning their individual rooms and apartments. Facilities will be instituting enhanced and frequent cleaning of hallways, common spaces, and community bathrooms per CDC and Pennsylvania guidelines.
Food Pantry & Food Deliveries
The food pantry will be open. Students are asked to follow health/safety guidelines when accessing the pantry. Students can also have food, groceries, and other necessities delivered to campus.
