Visiting Assistant Professor of History
Haverford College seeks to hire a Visiting Assistant Professor of History for the academic year 2020-2021 who specializes in the history of modern Japan and/or modern Korea, 1800 to present.
Interdisciplinary approaches welcome. Teaching load is 2/3 including introductory, intermediate and upper-division courses in candidate's area of specialty, and advising undergraduate senior theses in the spring. Ph.D. completed by the time of appointment is preferred, although ABD applicants will be considered.
