HaverMinds is a casual space that facilitates discussion about issues surrounding mental health, provides an opportunity to come share your thoughts and feelings about stigmatized topics, and serves as a way to meet people who also care about mental health at Haverford and beyond! HaverMinds is meant to be a casual, comfortable setting where we can each have the opportunity to express our thoughts and feelings about the oftentimes stigmatized topics of mental health and illness, whether in their own lives, at Haverford, or beyond. We want to encourage open conversation here, because of all places, this should be the most welcoming to different perspectives and opinions. We also want to stress that this is primarily a discussion group, not a support group. HaverMinds is a group on campus that creates a space to discuss mental health, both from broader perspectives and as it applies to students and their experiences at Haverford.
