Faculty Funding

Artistic Exploration and Practice

The Center supports the artistic ambitions of students, faculty, and visiting creators through the Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery, events and spaces in VCAM, and across a range of curricular and co-curricular initiatives.

Groups, Seminars, Forums

The Center sponsors seminars, courses, reading and working groups, symposia, and informal gatherings designed to bring new voices to campus as well as to engender interdisciplinary conversations among Haverford community members.

Civic Engagement and Partnerships

The Center connects to Philadelphia across a variety of programs and seeks to initiate and sustain collaborative partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally. Partnerships bring together faculty, students, artists, and community members to blend scholarship, social change, and the arts.

Research and Curricular Experimentation

The Center supports new and experimental teaching and research at the College through curricular grants, research support, and fellowship course offerings.

Breaking the Rules

The Center serves as a laboratory for proposals that go beyond what is currently possible at the College. Initiatives may be one-time projects or become continuing programs. Get in touch to learn more.
