At BSL our mission is to foster an environment where black students can thrive in a space where they are often overlooked. We seek to achieve this by disseminating black culture throughout the greater Haverford community, through events, meetings, and social outreach. Our goal is to promote awareness and cross cultural understanding through breaking down inherent biases that students often confront in higher education through events, meetings, and celebrations of blackness.
