The ProDesk is the first line of contact to receive technology support for students, faculty, and staff.
The ProDesk is staffed during regular business hours by full-time employees and student technical workers that handle triage of all technical support issues for the College. Service support includes assisting clients over the phone, resolving issues via email, accommodating walk-ins, and performing on-site troubleshooting.
