IITS Prodesk Support Update

Beginning the week of March 16, 2020 the IITS Prodesk will continue to provide support to the Haverford Community via phone, email, remote, and in person staffing.
On premise staffing will be minimal and an appointment must be made to ensure availability. We will be open our normal hours of 8:30 to 4:30 pm., with phone support until 6 p.m. We will be monitoring the Prodesk email during off hours as much as possible.
