ATTENTION: Zoom Cloud Recording Setting Change
Due to current storage limitations on Zoom, IITS will be globally locking the ability to disable auto-delete for Zoom Cloud Recordings on March 22, 2021. After March 22, all Zoom cloud recordings will be deleted 30 days after their creation and any user recordings that had previously disabled the auto-delete will be deleted 30 days from the lock.
As a reminder, all Zoom cloud recordings made since July 24, 2020 have been automatically copied into Panopto. Haverford users can log into Panopto with their standard credentials to access all of their Zoom cloud recordings. This ITS blog post has more information on Zoom’s integration with Panopto.
We ask that you delete any recordings stored on Zoom’s cloud storage that you’re not actively sharing. This will free up space immediately for everyone. This Zoom support page provides instructions for managing and sharing cloud recordings. We encourage you to use Box.com as a place to store any local or downloaded recordings.
