Get your bachelor’s degree from Haverford plus an MS in Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania in just 5 years. This groundbreaking collaboration expands an existing and extensive cooperative arrangement between Haverford and its Ivy League partner.
Haverford’s Quaker Collection spans the history of the Society of Friends from 17th-century Britain to the present day in many parts of the world, with emphasis on Quakerism as lived and practiced in the eastern United States and antecedent American colonies.
The College has a concentration in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. These programs—which include fields such as Scientific Computing and Peace, Justice and Human Rights—give students the opportunity to pursue an area of study distinct from, but relevant to, their choice of major.
Astronomy students get the chance to explore the Universe using telescopes like the one shown here, at Kitt Peak National Observatory.
