Proposals must be submitted by two-to-three Haverford faculty in collaboration with a non-profit organization and an artist. All projects must have as part of the team at least one tenure track continuing faculty member to ensure the sustainability of the collaborations. Faculty organizing Seed Exploratories each receive $500 stipends; faculty organizing Collaboratives each receive $2000.
Collaboratives require a letter of intent in addition to the application. For the Collaboratives two-phase application, faculty applicants should have identified and contacted either the non-profit organization or artist collaborator, ideally both, prior to submitting the letter of intent. Applicants who submit a letter of intent for a Collaborative will receive detailed application requirements if their project is selected as a finalist.
Seed Exploratory projects require a single application.
Applicants who submit a letter of intent for a Collaborative will receive full detailed application requirements, an expanded version of Seed Exploratory requirements, if their project is selected as a finalist
The PACC Program Manager Stephanie Bursese will work with faculty, non-profit organizations, and artists at every step of the proposal process to identify partners, develop project scope, and design project budget.
