The CCPA's Identity at Work resources provide career development and job search tools specific to first-generation and/or low-income students.
Internships & Externships
Breaks can be a great opportunity for professional development. The CCPA provides tips and resources for finding internships over the prolonged breaks.Additionally, CCPA coordinates externships over spring break with many off-campus programs where students can learn from professionals for a short period of time.
There are multiple funds providing support for unpaid or low-paid summer experiences. Take advantage of the many related CCPA workshops and info sessions, well in advance of deadlines. Most deadlines are in February.
