Textbooks & Course Materials
All required textbooks for Haverford courses have at least one copy on reserve in the libraries for use by students who prefer not to purchase these books. Textbooks for Natural Science courses are on reserve in the White Science Library on the 3rd floor of the KINSC, and textbooks for all other disciplines are on reserve at the Lutnick Library.
First-Year Dean's Library
Dean Glanzer keeps a limited lending library of textbooks commonly used by first year students for distribution to FLI students. Please email her as early in the semester as possible to see if the First-Year Dean’s Library includes texts you need for your class.

Recycled Book Library
The Office of Academic Resources (OAR) coordinates a recycled book library in Stokes 118. Students are free to take and borrow any books on the shelves, and also welcome to donate their own. Come inside the OAR suite to find them!
The Libraries not only host a plethora of books, articles, and electronic resources, they also provide a large variety of items that can be rented by students, from phone chargers to tablets. You can also access PCs and Macs in the Lutnick Library, White Science Library, and the Union Music Library.
Audiovisual Equipment Loans
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) equipment loans are provided to currently enrolled Haverford College students, faculty, and staff. Students can borrow electronic items and accessories, such as cameras, cables and microphones. Instructional & Information Technology Services (IITS) also provides various software and hardware support on request.
Art Supplies & More
James House aims to create an accessible 24/7 community space for Haverford students, faculty, and staff. By offering art supplies, programs, and exhibitions we hope to cultivate art culture on campus. Board members take the responsibility of representing the student body while considering the origins and legacy of the space.
