Offices
Campus Safety
Campus Safety is available 24 hours a day to assist all members of the College community. The primary goal of the department is to provide a secure and healthy place to live, work, and study. Campus Safety is also responsible for Campus Parking and the OneCard.
Central Services
Central Services oversees the Mail Center, shipping and receiving, digital printing, and departmental copiers.
Conferences & Events
Conferences & Events coordinates EMS, the room reservation system across campus, as well as summer camps, conferences, and wedding receptions.
Controller's Office
The Controller's Office provides services to the College community in the areas of accounting and business services, financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, sponsored research, and student accounts. Responsibilities also include treasury functions, policies, and procedures to help safeguard the College's assets and ensure proper use of the College's financial resources.
Dining Services
Dining Services is comprised of the Dining Center, The Coop, and Catering. The mission of Haverford College Dining Services is to contribute to a student's life experience in a way that will provide a positive social dining atmosphere.
Facilities Management
The Facilities Management Department is responsible for creating, maintaining, and operating a physical environment that enhances the learning, teaching, and research activities of Haverford College. Facilities Management includes the divisions of: Maintenance & Housekeeping; Grounds, Arboretum, and Sustainability; and Planning & Capital Projects.
Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources provides information and support in the areas of benefits, employee records, employee relations, employment opportunities and insurance.
