Event Calendar

The Libraries, the Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Division, and the Office of Race and Ethnicity Education (REEO) will host a transcribe-a-thon on February 14, 2025 from 1-3pm in the Lutnick DS Commons.

This event will feature materials from the African American Perspectives Collection at the Library of Congress. Join us in transcription in honor of Frederick Douglass’ chosen birthday! We’ll celebrate with cake and work on transcription using the smartboards, or you can bring your own laptop and participate.
