Counseling & Psychological Services
Alongside counseling services, CAPS is occasionally able to provide workshops and events for the campus community. CAPS outreach efforts are supported by the CAPS Student Liaisons, student workers who aim to provide a bridge between CAPS staff and the student body. For outreach related questions, reach out to kmohamed [at] haverford.edu (Kaamila Mohamed), the outreach coordinator.
HAVERCare
HAVERCare is a training developed by CAPS staff for members of the Haverford College community to foster understanding and skills in responding to students who may be experiencing stress, distress, or crisis.
Upcoming HAVERcare events will be posted here
Please contact kmohamed [at] haverford.edu (Kaamila Mohamed) if you’re interested in learning more.

mweisblum [at] haverford.eduMy name is Maggie Weisblum, she/her pronouns, and I’m kind of a senior (class of ‘23.5)! I major in Psychology and minor in Health Studies. In addition to working as a Student Liaison for CAPS, I’m also a peer mentor for the Psychology department and I volunteer as a crisis counselor for the Trevor Project. I hope to make CAPS a more accessible resource to all Haverford students; feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns!
