FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS deliver packages to the campus throughout the morning and early afternoon. Overnight and other time sensitive packages will be given priority processing.
When the mailroom receives a package for students, an email notification will be sent informing you that the package is available for pickup. Please wait until you receive an email notification before coming to pick up a package.
Students must show their OneCard in order to pick up their packages.
Faculty and Staff Packages:
When the mailroom receives a package for faculty and staff, if the package is of College related business, you will receive a notification informing you that your package will be delivered to your office. You may pick up your package in person if you wish. It is recommended that you call the mailroom first at ext. 1036 to check whether the courier already has left with your package.
If your package is a personal item, you will receive an email informing you that your package is available for pickup from the mailroom. Personal packages will not be delivered to your office. You may be required to show your OneCard to pick up a package. If you believe that there was an error in classifying your package as personal, feel free to call the mailroom at ext. 1036.
