Thursday: noon-6:00 p.m.*
Friday: 8:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m.*
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.*

* Any guests who plan to arrive after open times should email alumni [at] haverford.edu in advance. Their room key will be in the Security office on the ground floor of the Douglas B. Gardner '83 Integrated Athletic Center (GIAC). All rooms must be vacated by no later than 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, with keys dropped off at the WCC desk, or in the Dining Center during breakfast.

Details

Start making plans for Alumni Weekend 2025, May 30 to June 1. Though classes ending in 0 or 5 will be celebrating a reunion in 2025, all alumni and their families are warmly welcome to attend.

Reunion is an opportunity for alumni to commemorate their milestone and contribute to the College’s efforts to steward future generations of Fords. Class gifts will be celebrated throughout Alumni Weekend and counted up to June 30, 2025.

Bryn Mawr Schedule

Some events will be held in conjunction with Bryn Mawr College. The Blue Bus will run between both campuses throughout the Weekend. Bryn Mawr’s full schedule will be linked here when it is available.
