We are so excited to welcome you to campus!

Tours will consist of groups of people where vaccination status will vary and be unknown. By registering for the tour, you agree to the following expectations:

  • You will remain masked at all times while on campus (including while you are outside).
  • You will practice social distancing if you are interacting with anyone outside your family.
  • If you or anyone in your group feels unwell, thinks they may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are waiting for COVID-19 test results, you will reschedule your visit for another time.

We ask that you limit your time on campus to the allotted time reflected on your registration.

Parking: Please use the Lancaster Avenue entrance and park in one of the spots reserved for admission visitors either in front of the Whitehead Campus Center or in the South Parking Lot.

On-Campus Self-Guided Tour

This summer, we are offering the self-guided tour option during times when the Admission Office is closed. We have limited the number of visitors that can be on campus at any given time for your safety and the safety of our community. When registering, please note the total number of people in your group so we have an accurate sense of the number of people on campus during these self-guided tour times. You may arrive on campus at any time during your registered 2-hour time slot, but you must leave campus by the end of your assigned time slot. A 5:00-8:30 p.m. time slot will be available Monday–Friday and we have morning and afternoon time slots available on the weekends.

By registering for the tour, you agree to the following expectations:

  • You will remain masked at all times while on campus.
  • You are unable to enter any buildings on campus; The Whitehead Campus Center may be open during your visit; you may enter this building in order to use the restrooms. However we cannot guarantee that it will be accessible when you are on campus.

  • Special Instructions for Student-Led Tours

Upon arrival, walk to the Admission Tent located at the entrance of the Whitehead Campus Center. Restrooms will be available to you in the Whitehead Campus Center, as will snacks and drinks for purchase at the grab-and-go station in the Coop Cafe. Our bookstore is open from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and welcomes masked admission visitors.

If possible, please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your tour time.

In order to limit the number of people entering the Whitehead Campus Center lobby, we ask that only the student checks in for their family. Students will check in at the Information Desk on the first level of the Whitehead Campus Center. There, students will be given name badges and have the opportunity to gather print materials. Tours will leave from the Admission Tent, and we ask that you take your belongings with you, if possible, so you don’t need to return to the tent at the end of the tour. In order to accommodate as many students and their families as possible, we ask that you limit your time on campus to two hours.
