Additional Course Info | Class Number: 1290 This is a workshop course built around student interests and senior thesis topics. We will explore issues including, but not limited to, ethnicity, religion, gender and the state. We will look at how states pursue both political and economic development and how they cope with violent conflict.; Prerequisite(s): Three courses in POLS AND junior or senior status, or instructor consent; Enrollment Limit: 15; Lottery Preference(s): Senior POLS majors, then junior POLS majors, then seniors, then juniors Social Science, B: Analysis of the Social World (; Hav: SO, B) For Fall 2020 this class is an In-Person/Hybrid class.
