Additional Course Info | Class Number: 1779 Fiction by women writers from Spain in the 20th and 21st century. Breaking the traditional female stereotypes during and after Franco’s dictatorship, the authors explore through their creative writing changing sociopolitical and cultural issues including regional identities and immigration. Topics of discussion include gender marginality, feminist studies and the portrayal of women in contemporary society.
