Additional Course Info | Class Number: 2622 This is a topics course, course content varies.; Current topic description: This course will examine the borderlands around late imperial China during the tenth to nineteenth centuries. We will combine different borderland spaces with specific themes. Tibet, Mongol, Xinjiang and Southeast Asian highland will be examined in detail; and topics such as environment, gender, ethnicity will be covered.
