Courses: Subjects in Revolt (POLSH372A01)

An advanced research seminar in political theory that examines popular revolt as a response to austerity and the pressures of global capital. Readings will include a book by Ken Surin, along with material by Derrida, Badiou, Žižek, Deleuze and Guattari, and Hardt and Negri.

Prerequisites: One political science course and junior or senior standing, or the instructor's consent.
