During this season of change and renewal, why not take some time to check in on aspects of your well-being (mind, body and soul). Here are some suggestions.
Emotional
- Start a worry or gratitude journal
- Attend Zoom drop-in mindfulness meditation session
- Schedule a CAPS appointment
Academic
- Meet professor for feedback about your progress in class. (It's okay to ask!)
- Schedule a peer tutor session
Spritiual
- Attend reflection/solidarity space (Thurs 4:30-5:00 pm or Fri 3:30-4:30 pm in WCC 207)
- Find local place of worship
Identity
- Attend GRASE Office Hours with Sayeeda Rashid (they/them)
- Connect with Chesick Scholars staff
- Join OSCC Mailing List
- Hang out in or attend events at the Multicultural Center (MCC)
- Connect with Natasha Weisz (she/her) in International Student Support
