Philadelphia Art Museum's Museum Studies Internship Program
The John B. Hurford '60 Center for the Arts and Humanities Steering Committee will award an full Internship stipend to any Haverford College student who is accepted into the The Philadelphia Art Museum's Museum Studies Internship Program (June 11-August 10, 2012). Note: Applications must be in by January 30th, 2012.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art is a leader in the training and mentoring of young museum professionals and future museum colleagues. The Museum Studies Internship Program provides interns with exposure to the inner workings of a major metropolitan museum, promoting an awareness of museum careers through experiences not available in most academic settings. The Museum selects a diverse group of talented undergraduate and graduate students from a highly competitive regional, national and international pool of candidates.

Note: Applications must be in by January 30th. Whereas John B. Hurford '60 Center for the Arts and Humanities Summer Internships are open only to rising seniors, students from all years may apply to this initiative.
