International Medical Insurance
The College has purchased international medical insurance, including medical evacuation and repatriation insurance, for faculty and staff traveling abroad on college-related business. Students participating in study abroad programs, CPGC internships or any college-sponsored/funded/affiliated immersion program will also be covered.
The insurance policy is provided by ACE Travel Assistance Program and automatically covers all students, faculty and staff. Enrollment is not required and relevant information about the policy are available online and in the Office of Human Resources. Please seehttp://www.haverford.edu/provost/faculty_resources/ACE.php.
On November 30, a representative from ACE will be on campus to discuss the policy in more detail. All interested faculty are encouraged to attend, especially those who plan to travel abroad with students or fund student travel abroad. The presentation will be held in room 205 of the Campus Center from noon to 1:30. Lunch will be provided by ACE.
