After Acceptance After Acceptance:

Acceptance Agreement Form Please fill out this form if you have been accepted to an approved study abroad program and you plan to attend. Due Apr. 19 for fall/year and Dec 1 for spring.
Cancellation/Deferment Form Please fill out this form if you have been accepted to an approved study abroad program but you do NOT plan to attend. Or if you wish to defer your acceptance to the following semester Due Apr. 19 for fall/year and Dec 1 for spring.
Pre-Registration Form for Approved International Academic Programs Submit by May 1st for Semester I/Academic Year or Dec. 1st for Semester II. Log-in Required
Emergency Contact Information Please fill out this form by May 1 for fall/year or Dec. 1 for spring.
Student Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release, and Indemnification Agreement All Haverford students planning to study abroad must submit this waiver. Deadline for submission is Dec. 1 for spring and May 1 for fall/year.
Release Waiver Hard Copy PDF If you are studying abroad in a country which is on the US State Department Travel Warning list OR if you are under 18 years of age, you must submit this hard copy of the release waiver to the Study Abroad Office with your parent(s) or guardian(s) signature. Deadline for submission is Dec. 1 for spring and May 1 for fall/year.
